Tina (seller) answer very fast, send pictures & told me everyrhing about the process. It was fast , only two days!!! The hair dont have a smell , very soft & nice. BUT Its too thin not enough hair... I will buy again from her because the hair are perfect (very good quality)but next time we will see if the hair can be more thick. (Less space with more volume)they get thicker when you brush them but for an hour only :) !
