First look at product after opening, hair is soo soft, no bad smell! Looks amazing! Knots don't look bleached and idk how to do that myself so Im gonna have to work with that. Want to wash hair first and then I will update after I start wearing the unit.. Shipping was SO FAST!!! Shipped on monday and arrived thursday!! thats amazing, communication was great as well!!
